    After you log into the sellers area you will see a separate help section on selling on the left of each page.

    We thought it made more sense to put selling help there so it is right beside you when you list your items.

  5. Why Do you insist I send my sold items by recorded (signed for) mail?

    For two reasons, to protect you and to protect the buyer!

    If a buyer claims that they did not receive an item you have to be able to PROVE it was delivered. Proof of posting is not enough!
