First of all remember that your user name for the main site is your email address and password not your seller user name. Go again to the login page and just below the log in box there is a little link "Forgot your password?" click that and enter your email address. When you click the submit button your password will be reset and the new password sent to you. Once you have logged into the site you can change the new password to one that is easier to remember.
