I have logged into the main site but can not log into my sellers area what's wrong?
Remember that your user name for the sellers area IS NOT your email address like it is for the main site. Your user name is your seller name you chose when you registered.
If you can not remember your seller name then go to the sellers area login page and click the "Can't remember your details? Click Here." link under the login area. This will reset your sellers area password and send you an email with your sellers area user name and password.
Once you have logged into the sellers area you can change the password back to one you can easily remember.
