First of all have you allowed time for delivery? We suggest all buyers allow at least 10 days for delivery.

If after 10 days you have not received your item you should contact the seller first. We provide all buyers with the contact details of the seller.

Then the seller can track your item using royal mails website and if needed put a claim in with Royal Mail.

If the seller does not communicate with you or refuses to help you you should do the following.

If you purchased using paypal file a dispute with them from your paypal account they may refund your purchase.

If you purchased using a credit card then contact your credit card company about doing a chargeback to recover your funds.

Also please inform us of the situation so that we can keep records. If we receive repeated complaints that sellers are not delivering items we may delete their account at Discount Kids.

Please remember that as per our terms of service all purchases are private agreements between buyer and seller Discount Kids or its employees are not responsible or liable in any way should something go wrong.

However if you follow our advice on the main site for buying you should have a safe shopping experience with protection should something go wrong.
